Order Arrival

We aim to deliver your order within 3-10 business days. Preordered items may take longer.

Current Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States, Singapore, and the UK. All orders are fulfilled from our facility in Japan and are delivered using trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx or other carriers as needed.

Future International Shipping

We have plans to expand our shipping capabilities to select international locations in the future. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, remote islands, Mexico, or Russia. If you're located in a country we don't currently serve and are interested in our products, please contact us with your ideal shipping location. We'll do our best to accommodate your request or keep you updated on future shipping expansions to your area.

Customs and Import Duties

Please note that our shipping terms are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
